Do you charge a consultation fee?
Our consultation fees vary, however, will will typically credit the fee you pay for your initial consultation to the balance of your retainer if you retain us after the consultation.

What are your attorney's hourly rates?
Our hourly rates range from $250 to $295.
What is a replenishing retainer?
A replenishing retainer means you pay an initial retainer, usually between $1,500-$5,000 depending on your case, and each month we bill against the retainer. At the end of each month, you will receive an invoice which shows how much was billed and the amount left in your retainer, at that point we ask that you replenish the retainer back to its original amount so that we always have the initial retainer in our trust account. At the conclusion of representation, the ending balance of your retainer will be refunded to you with a final accounting.
Do you take fees on a contingent fee basis?
We typically represent clients on hourly fee based matters but occasionally accept representation on contingency fee matters including limited personal injury and landlord tenant matters. If we choose to represent you on a contingency fee basis, we will not get paid unless you do.
