Do you charge a consultation fee?
Our consultation fee is $395 for one hour. We will credit the fee you pay for your initial consultation to your estate planning package if you retain us after the consultation.
What are your attorney's hourly rates?
Our attorney’s hourly rate is $395. Our paralegal’s hourly rate is $125. Hourly rate matters require a replenishing retainer.
Do you have flat fees for Estate Plans?
Yes! Most of our estate planning services are provided on a Flat Fee basis. Here are our current Estate Planning Package fees:

What is a replenishing retainer?
A replenishing retainer means you pay an initial retainer deposit, usually between $3,000-$5,000 depending on your matter, and each month we bill against the retainer. At the end of each month, you will receive an invoice which shows how much was billed and the amount left in your retainer. By your payment of each monthly invoice, you replenish the retainer back to its original amount so that we always have the initial retainer deposit in our trust account. At the conclusion of our legal services to you, the ending balance of your retainer will be refunded to you with a final accounting.
Do you proivde any legal services on a contingent fee basis?
We do not accept any legal matters on a contingent fee basis. We receive payment for our services at the time requested by you.
